“Born and raised in South Florida. I’ve always been a competitive and active person.
Grew up playing multiple sports baseball, football and hockey. Racing motocross for 10+ years this is where I learned and developed the love for training and fitness. After motocross career came to an end. I turned my passion and competitive nature with my fitness toward triathlons. During this time I got into personal training and started helping others achieve their goals around 2008. Was introduced to CrossFit in 2011 and it was the perfect match. I was instantly hooked and started coaching in late 2012. My dream came true when I opened DFCF in 2015.”
What drives me?
“To be an example and inspire people to see how far they can go with their fitness goals. That they can achieve more than they ever thought possible.”

About me:
“Growing up playing sports and being athletic made fitness something that was always part of my life. After high school, leaving contact sports behind I still wanted and needed a competitive drive, that’s when I was introduced to CrossFit. Watching videos of some of the best CrossFit athletes with my brother I felt compelled to do whatever it took to reach that level of functional fitness. I began coaching in 2013 and found my passion when I started Olympic Weightlifting. I believe it was what helped me build a strong foundation as a coach and athlete. CrossFit has not only helped me reach substantial physical fitness but has expanded into other aspects of my life as well.”
“Getting in shape is not the only benefit that can be reaped from doing Crossfit; my goal as a coach is to help you cultivate the right mindset to reach any objective in life through the works of Crossfit. I transitioned to CrossFit after playing and coaching basketball at multiple levels and absolutely fell in love with the community, competition and intensity behind the sport.”

It was love at first sight. I’ve been coaching Crossfit for six years now and will continue to do so as my love for the sport and helping people achieve their goals continues to grow. I am also certified in coaching for level one in Crossfit.”
